- Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
- Reservations cannot be confirmed without credit or debit card details.
- We implement a 7-day cancellation policy on spa packages and a 48-hour cancellation policy on treatments.
- In the event of a cancellation within this time frame a 50% charge will be applied. Any cancellations after this time frame full payment is taken.
